1. Introduction

The Platform is owned and operated by zsx777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("you", "the User", "the Player") accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant or agent of zsx777 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

zsx777 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and residence at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not satisfy these eligibility criteria may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to review and potential forfeiture in accordance with applicable law and anti-money laundering controls.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen password and your date of birth. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current, and you undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any balances held and a permanent ban from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify zsx777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. zsx777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your account using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet options or instant payment rails — is subject to change without notice and depends on the Operator's current payment processing agreements.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. zsx777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. zsx777 is not responsible for any financial loss, emotional distress or other harm arising from your participation in gambling activities on the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled or forfeited, and any remaining real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned subject to KYC verification and withdrawal conditions.

12.2 Termination by zsx777

zsx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engaging in Prohibited Activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period specified in the Platform's dormancy policy;
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction;
• The Platform ceasing to operate in a particular jurisdiction.

12.3 Effect of Termination

On termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately. Any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned subject to applicable terms, KYC requirements and any outstanding investigations into potential Prohibited Activity.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zsx777 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may endeavour to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's license authority.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective or representative action.

14. Amendments to These Terms

zsx777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or notifying you by email. The effective date of any revised Terms will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
